Our state-of-the-art Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation department at Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Trust Hospital has been providing services to patients from the last two decades. Our department boasts of a wide gymnasium comprising of various exercise machines and tools like power training units, isokinetic devices, treadmills, stationary bicycles and other ergometric devices. We are also equipped with Short Wave Diathermy, Ultrasound, Interferential unit, Electric Nerve Stimulators, Ice Therapy and Wax Therapy units. The Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation department is well recognized for its distinguished health care services in different aspects of physiotherapy domains including Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, Sports, Rheumatology, Neurology, Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Paediatrics, and Gynaecology related conditions. It also offers specialized services for patients admitted in indoor departments as integral part of a multi-disciplinary team in collaboration with Doctors and Psychologists.

To produce knowledgeable, adaptable, effective, and reflective practitioners who demonstrate ethical, responsible & professional behavior, are sensitive to cultural & psychosocial differences, utilize evidence derived from research, and demonstrate a problem-solving approach to form independent judgments to meet patient & community needs and provide services that contribute to the optimal health and function of the residents of the communities they serve.

Eligibility
Applicants who have taken A-level exams or other equivalent exams will be required to submit an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) Islamabad or regional offices along with the application form.
The admissions of students are solely on merit, finalized by the admission board of BACRS in compliance with the rules and regulations of the University of Health Sciences.
