The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has issued a notification (No. UHS/REG-25/701, dated March 18, 2025) approving key changes to attendance and examination policies for MBBS and BDS programs, effective from the 2024-25 academic session.

Key Changes:

• Minimum attendance requirement increased to 90%.
• Passing marks in examinations increased to 70%.

Important Directives:

• Biometric attendance will be submitted to UHS monthly and quarterly by each college.
• Failure to meet attendance criteria will result in ineligibility to sit for professional examinations.
